Our team of life advocates understand that an unplanned pregnancy is not an easy situation to be in. That's why our center was founded to serve this need in Hilo. We know that right now this decision may be all you can focus on. We believe that you have the opportunity to make an empowered and brave choice and we want to help you. Our staff is here to listen to your concerns and fears while helping find solutions. We are a medical clinic that treats all clients holistically. In this important time, you need facts and not opinions. We believe that your dreams are not cut short because you got pregnant. Our services are offered free of charge because of a community that is believing in the power of life and family.

Ohana Pregnancy Center is a 501c3 non profit organization and medical clinic that exists to serve the island of Hawai'i. Our volunteer staff serve and educate men and women through pregnancy and beyond. Having a baby brings common and unique responsibilities for fathers and mothers and our center works to empower all involved. We uphold a confidential and safe space where hope and joy can be shared through mentorship and compassion.

Our services are always free, no insurance needed. Our medical services include pregnancy tests, ultrasounds and childbirth classes. Our support services include pregnancy options consulting, referrals, material goods and motherhood support groups. Our education services include Earn While You Learn programs and physician approved brochures on a wide variety of topics from pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, STDs, birth control and more.
